A short film about a man struggling with constipation while reflecting on his inability to commit in relationships.
An English Civil War drama: a servant girl runs away to join the Parliamentarian Army, after a vision from God. Her friend follows and tries to persuade her to return home, but they are both caught up in the chaos and horror of civil war.
Fleeing the fighting they experience the political excitement and religious fervour of an England teetering on the brink of profound, history-changing revolution.
A documentary based on historian Sven Lindqvist's book, A History of Bombing. Lindqvist charts the history of (mainly) European & American bombardment from the air: from balloons, to British colonial 'police action', to firestorms and the terror of nuclear annihilation.
Lindqvist uses a gamebook nonlinear structure for the book: you can either read straight through, or follow the numbered paragraphs and dart around the 20th century exploring Lindqvist's various themes.
One option for a documentary could be a similarly styled video-wall, with viewers able to watch the segments in either chronological or theme order.

A community lives on a future London Underground. The world above has been forgotten and people live in perpetual fear of the 'badlight' from above.

A documentary about the idea of a world parliament one day replacing the nation state. Could it ever happen and would it lead to universal peace or the reign of the antichrist?
A zombie script with only one gender becoming the undead. It was far too long (153 pages), but really fun to write. I sent it out to lots friends / relatives / agents to read before realising that no-one (including me) can usually be arsed to read a normal length script, let alone something this long.
An alien invasion script: neutroids are incomprehensible matter-distortions (appearing as small undulations flowing across objects). They are drawn to living things, causing worldwide mass-fatalities.
By the end the entire world was distorting and folding over on itself. The last scene was set in a fast food outlet folded over onto an identical franchise on the other side of the world.
Possibly all this is in the mind of the main character as she is attacked by a group of men while hitchhiking.
